摘要:Unparalleled technological advances,escalating global competi- tion,and other forms of workplace turbulence have led to dramatic changes in the American economic arena.Today,lcaders in business and industry cite the ability to work collaboratively as requisite to success in the worldwide economic environment.However,research indicatcs that many students arrive on the college campus with little or no cxperience in working as part of a team,Moreover,cmplovers indicate that today’s entry-level workers lack this critical workplace competency.Through skillful guidance,however,post secondary educa-tors can implcment strategies that will help students Icarn how to work successfully as part of a seamn.The objective of the prescnt research is an establishment of the coilaborativeteamwork learning strategy as weil as its for teacher.students,or bath of them.Therefore,the present research is carred out by (I) need the beginning level of students" collabo- raiiveteamwork!(2)need ussessment about teaching strategies that really carned out by lecturers in order to develop students" collabora tiwe teamwork capacity;(3)to organze the collaburative tearnworkteaching strategy,and(4) empirical validaton through field try out at the three upiversity (FK TP Jniversty,STKIP-PGRI,and Tarbiyah Faculty of Muhammadiyah hIVErSATV IThe findings indicale that (1) the collaborative teamwork learning strategy is an cffective stratcgy in order to incrcasc students' collabora tive teamwork capacity.(2) There isn't significant diffcrences students' collaborative teamwork capacity between one and other university whether overall or each its aspect.
