摘要：The following paper has approached the concept of company’s financial performance,being motivated by the context of the current economic market,and as a term that is driven by its spread worldwide.Starting from Ralph Marston’s motto,“do not decrease your expectations in order to achieve performance,but increase the level of performance in order to satisfy your expectations”,we can state that performance represents an essential lever for achieving the company’s objectives.
