摘要：The drastic diminution of the primary resources,the exponential growth of the population and the inauspicious developments in what the environment is concerned have required a series of measures as a result of the need to protect the surrounding environment.Since a great deal of years there is concept that has appeared in the European decision-making institutions and is not quite unknown,but it was not until now that it has started achieving the proper visibility and attention: the circular economy.This is a new paradigm,an economic circuit where,even from the design phase,everything is built in such a way,that all what makes a product should fit under two categories: - to have a degradable compound - the compound should be 100% recyclable.
