摘要：Ibu memperlihatkan eksistensi di ranah publik dengan bekerja mencari nafkah untuk keluarga. Perubahan peran ibu berpengaruh terhadap peran bapak dalam keluarga. Bapak menjadi bapak rumah tangga dalam keluarga buruh Pabrik Rokok MPS Tulis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perubahan peran bapak rumah tangga dan implikasinya dalam keluarga buruh Pabrik Rokok MPS Tulis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Analisis konsep menggunakan Konsep Nature dan Konsep Nurture,serta Konsep Gender Stereotip. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bapak dalam keluarga pada saat ini sudah melibatkan diri di ranah domestik dan hasil pekerjaan bapak rumah tangga tidak kalah dengan yang dikerjakan ibu.
其他摘要：Mother shows existence in the public sector by working to earn a living for the family. Mothers role has changed,it changing fathers role in the family. Father became stay at home dad in the family of MPS Tulis Workers' Cigarette Factory. The purpose of this research is to know changes the role of stay at home dad and implications in the family of MPS Tulis Workers' Cigarette Factory. This research uses a qualitative method theoretical analysis uses the concept of nature and nurture and the concept of gender stereotypes. The result of this study indicate that stay at home dad in the family at this time was already involved in the domestic sector. Results of the work of stay at home dad is not inferior to the level of mother.
