摘要：This work analyzes the importance of improving the Szekely National Museum's quality management system's processes,as effect of implementing the quality management system.The effects of implementing a quality management system are many,among which we can remember: increase customers' satisfaction,improving processes' controlling capabilities,improving the funds' management capacity,improving personnel's satisfaction and its level of training,ongoing improvement of quality and lasting performance.Undoubtedly,a first effect of implementing such a quality management system is increasing the customers' satisfaction by offering them services in compliance with their requirements and,implicitly,increasing the number of customers,respectively,visitors.But,for this,it is important also to analyze the processes with the help of which customers' satisfaction can be reached,thus,the research's main aim is to highlight the effects of introducing the quality management system on the organization,management and improvement of processes within the institution.
