其他摘要：Результати досліджень,які опубліковано в статті будуть корисні спеціалістам,що займаються проблемами організації,синтезу складних організаційно-технічних систем (СОТС) та управління ними.В статті розглянуто існуючі підходи щодо визначення форм застосування та способів виконання завдань СОТС у різних галузях (сферах) діяльності.Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок форм застосування та способів виконання завдання СОТС за їх рівнями,завданнями та можливостями.Визначені основні залежності між формами застосування та способами виконання завдань СОТС.Запропоновано новий методичний підхід щодо синтезу та формалізації структури,визначення форм застосування та способів виконання завдання СОТС.На підставі проведеного аналізу існуючих поглядів за тематикою дослідження визначено,що відсутність єдиного підходу,не дає чіткої відповіді,яким чином умови функціонування,обсяги завдань,наявні можливості СОТС та її елементів впливають на визначення форм застосування та способів виконання завдань на різних рівнях структури СОТС в кожній конкретній галузі (сфері) діяльності.Опубліковані результати свідчать,що ефективність функціонування СОТС залежатиме від галузі (сфери) діяльності,форм її застосування та способів виконання завдань які,в свою чергу,є реалізацією можливостей системи та елементів певного рівня її структури.Визначено,що виявлені невідповідності можливостей елементів СОТС щодо виконання певного обсягу завдань є підставою для обґрунтування напрямку удосконалення (адаптації) наявної структури СОТС.На основі запропонованого методичного підходу,визначені напрямки подальших досліджень щодо: створення системи завдань для елементів СОТС усіх рівнів для різних галузей (сфер) її діяльності;формування єдиної системи форм застосування для СОТС та усіх її елементів з урахуванням визначених для них завдань для кожної конкретної галузі (сфери) діяльності;дослідження взаємозв’язків між завданнями,можливостями,формами застосування,впливом внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів,як взаємодіючих суб’єктів,з метою визначення способів виконання завдань елементами СОТС різних рівнів.
