摘要：The article examines the use of spatial data infrastructures (SDI) as a new class of computer geographic information resources in the theory and practice of research aimed at solving contemporary problems of the region.There features of components (include basic spatial data sets,specialized data sets,metadata,geographical information nodes) of the regional SDI are identified.The general requirements (territorial binding,two-level information exchange,the only geo-referencing,integration with GIS) and stages of its creation (conceptual,preparatory,logical,physical) are grounded in this article.
其他摘要：Стаття присвячена розгляду питань застосування інфраструктур просторових даних (ІПД) як нового класу комп’ютерних географічних інформаційних ресурсів у теорії і практиці досліджень,спрямованих на вирішення сучасних проблем регіону.Визначено особливості складу (включають базові набори просторових даних,профільні набори даних,метадані,географічні інформаційні вузли) регіональних ІПД.Обґрунтовано загальні вимоги до них (територіальна прив’язка,дворівневий інформаційний обмін,єдина географічна прив’язка,інтеграція з ГІС) та етапи їх створення (концептуальний,підготовчий,логічний,фізичний).
