摘要：Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah Pengetahuan tentang risiko dan Kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja Undewriter perusahaan di Umum Industri Asuransi di Indonesia.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Underwriting atau Kepala Dinas Kelautan Seksi Underwriting dan Kepala Non-Marine Underwriting Bagian atau perwakilan,dari total sampel 68 perusahaan di Industri Asuransi Umum di Indonesia.Dari penelitian ini,hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan tentang risiko dan Kompetensi memiliki hubungan yang positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan kinerja Underwriters,sehingga Pengetahuan tentang risiko dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Penjamin Emisi Efek,baik secara parsial maupun simultan pula.
其他摘要：The objective of this study was to determine whether Knowledge about the risk and Competence affect the Undewriter performance of companies in General Insurance Industry in Indonesia.Respondents in this study is the Head of Underwriting or Head of Marine Underwriting Section and Head of Non-Marine Underwriting Section or the representative,of the total sample of 68 companies in the General Insurance Industry in Indonesia.From this study,the results showed that Knowledge about the risks and Competence has a positive relationship either partially or simultaneously with The Underwriters performance,so Knowledge about the risks and Competence significant effect on The Underwriter Performance,either partially or simultaneously anyway.
