摘要:The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of an integrated Service quality,corporate image of the Purchase intentions.Respondents were used as samples in this study were 200 consumers SME bike shop.Purposive sampling technique using sampling and methods of data analysis using SEM technique.The results found that (1) the positive effect of the Corporate Service quality image,Purchase intentions,(2) the positive effect of corporate image on Purchase Intention,and (3) Corporate imagemerupakan mediator in the relationship between the Service qualitydengan Purchase intentions.Penelitian further recommended to add the variable of Corporate social Responsibility / CSR as a factor affecting Purchase intention.
其他摘要:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara terintegrasi pengaruh Service quality,Corporate image terhadap Purchase intentions.Responden yang digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 konsumen UKM bengkel motor.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling dan Metode analisa data menggunakan Teknik SEM.Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) pengaruh positif Service quality terhadap Corporate image,Purchase intentions,(2) pengaruh positif Corporate image terhadap Purchase intention,dan (3) Corporate imagemerupakan mediator dalam hubungan antara Service qualitydengan Purchase intentions.Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel Corporate Social Responsibility / CSR sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi Purchase intention.
