摘要:The aim of this research was to study the role of personal style of decision-making,personality dimensions according to the "Big Five" model,perceived self-efficacy in reference to occupational choices,and self-regulation in the process of occupational decision-making of fourth-year high-school students.We applied the Decision-Making Questionnaire for Adolescents,Career Decision-Making Difficulties Questionnaire,Big Five Inventory – BFI,Self-Regulation Inventory,and Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale.The results confirmed the correlation between the level of manifestation of students' problems (i.e.occupational indecision) and their perceived self-efficacy in occupational decision-making,their ability of self-regulatory behaviour,and personality traits,such as emotional stability,conscientiousness and energy.The results also confirmed the difference in the level of manifestation of students' problems with relation to their prevailing style of decision making (whether it is adapted or non-adapted).The study offers better and more comprehensive insight into the behaviour and experience of fourth-year students in the process of occupational decision-making.As such it presents the basis for higher quality of occupational counselling.
其他摘要:Cilj raziskave je bil proučiti vlogo osebnega stila odločanja,osebnostnih dimenzij modela "velikih pet",zaznane samoučinkovitosti pri poklicnem odločanju in samouravnavanja (samoregulacije) volje pri poklicnem odločanju dijakov četrtošolcev.Za proučevanje obravnavane tematike smo uporabili Vprašalnik odločanja za mladostnike,Vprašalnik težav pri poklicnem odločanju,Vprašalnik Velikih pet BFI,Vprašalnik samouravnavanja volje in Lestvico samoučinkovitosti pri kariernem odločanju.Rezultati so pokazali pomembno povezanost med poklicno neodločenostjo oziroma izraženostjo težav dijakov pri poklicnem odločanju in njihovo zaznano samoučinkovitostjo pri poklicnem odločanju,sposobnostjo samouravnavanja volje in osebnostnimi dimenzijami čustvena stabilnost,vestnost in energijater razliko v izraženosti težav dijakov pri poklicnem odločanju glede na njihov prevladujoči osebni stil odločanja (prilagojeni ali neprilagojeni).Raziskava ponuja celostnejši pogled v dejavnike,ki lahko vplivajo na doživljanje in vedenje dijakov četrtošolcev v procesu poklicnega odločanja ter tako nudi osnovo za bolj kakovostno poklicno svetovanje.
