摘要:The purpose of this study was to investigate satisfaction with life and job satisfaction in the Slovenian army.For this purpose we used Satisfaction With Life Scale (Diener,Emmons,Larsen,&Griffin,1985) and Pogačnik’s (2003) Job Satisfaction Scale.This research involved 168 employees of the Slovenian army: 68 soldiers,60 officers,and 40 noncommissioned officers.The results showed that employees in Slovenian army are more satisfied than unsatisfied with their lives.Officers are the most satisfied with their life.We found out that appraisals on job satisfaction are rather low and indicate middle level of job satisfaction.The highest level of work satisfaction was expressed in the area of relations with co-workers.Participants were least satisfied with their salary and other material facilities.Individuals with subordinate co-workers showed higher level of satisfaction with work conditions,possibilities for promotion,salary and other material facilities,and also higher level of satisfaction about informing in the army,possibilities for professional development,independence and autonomy at work,work reputation,creativeness at work and also taking part in decision-making.Analysis of differences showed that officers gave the highest score to indicators of work satisfaction,with exception of independence and autonomy at work,work reputation,and pretentiousness of work.Based on the examination of the actual state,to the level the research was enabling,we identified some necessary changes,improvements or measures for improvement of the recognized weak areas.
其他摘要:Namen raziskave je bil proučiti zadovoljstvo z življenjem in delovno zadovoljstvo pripadnikov Slovenske vojske.V ta namen smo uporabili Vprašalnik zadovoljstva z življenjem (Diener,Emmons,Larsen in Griffin,1985) in Pogačnikovo (2003) Lestvico delovnega zadovoljstva.V raziskavi je sodelovalo 168 pripadnikov Slovenske vojske,od tega 68 vojakov,60 častnikov in 40 podčastnikov.Rezultati so pokazali,da so zaposleni v Slovenski vojski s svojim življenjem prej zadovoljni kot nezadovoljni.Najbolj so s svojim življenjem zadovoljni častniki.Ocene na kazalcih delovnega zadovoljstva pa so precej nizke oziroma nakazujejo na srednjo stopnjo delovnega zadovoljstva.Najvišjo stopnjo delovnega zadovoljstva udeleženci raziskave izražajo z odnosi,ki jih imajo s sodelavci,najmanj pa so zadovoljni s plačo in drugimi materialnimi ugodnostmi.Posamezniki,ki imajo podrejene delavce,kažejo višjo stopnjo zadovoljstva z delovnimi razmerami,možnostmi napredovanja,obveščenostjo o dogodkih v podjetju,plači in drugih materialnih ugodnostih,možnostih strokovnega razvoja,svobodo in samostojnostjo pri delu,ugledom dela,soodločanjem pri delu in poslovanju ter ustvarjalnostjo dela,kar pomeni,da poročajo o višjem delovnem zadovoljstvu kot posamezniki,ki podrejenih delavcev nimajo.Analiza razlik je pokazala,da so večino kazalcev delovnega zadovoljstva – z izjemo svobode in samostojnosti pri delu,ugleda dela in zahtevnostjo dela – najvišje ocenili častniki.Vpogled v dejansko stanje,ki ga do neke ravni raziskava omogoča,nakazuje morebitne potrebne spremembe ali izboljšave oziroma ukrepe za izboljšanje šibkih področij,prepoznanih v raziskavi.
