摘要：The samples for water analyses were taken from DTD canal from the locality Čelarevo.A multiresidue method was used for the determination of twenty-one herbicides and the products of their transformation with isoproturon-d6 and atrazine-d5 as internal standards in surface water using liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with ESI.Metolachor,terbuthylazine,atrazine,prometryn and linuron as well as terbuthylazine-desethyl (metabolite of terbutilazine) were detected.Plant material (3 g) was transmitted in the courts with the canal water (sample) and water without herbicides residues (control).Measurements of biological parameters were performed after 24,48,72 and 120 h.Quantities of photosynthetic pigments (chlorophylls a,b and carotenoids) were higher in the sampled water measured values in comparison with the control.The content of herbicides and their metabolites of the canal water had affected the fresh weight of a plant,which was greater in the plants grown in the control (3.202 to 4.236) in comparison to the sample (2.303 to 2.933).Quantities of soluble protein (%) had higher values of the control (32.26 to 53.09) in comparison to the sample (28.94 to 40.08).
其他摘要：Upotrebom LC-MS/MS u ESI modu,urađena je analiza vode,uzorkovana iz kanala DTD na lokalitetu Čelarevo.Multirezidualnom metodom je obuhvaćeno određivanje dvadeset i jednog herbicida i njihovih metabolita u uzorcima vode,uz izoproturon-d6 i atrazin-d5 kao internih standarda.Detektovani su metolahlor,terbutilazin,atrazin,prometrin,linuron kao i terbutilazin-dezetil (metabolit terbutilazina).Biljni materijal - Lemna minor L.je uzgajana u sudovima sa kanalskom vodom,dok je kontrolna biljka bila u vodi bez prisustva ostataka herbicida.Merenje bioloških parametara je vršeno nakon 24,48,72 i 120 h.Količine fotosintetičkih pigmenata (hlorofila a,b i karotenoida) bile su većih vrednosti u uzorku u poređenju sa kontrolom.Sadržaj herbicida i njihovih metabolita u kanalskoj vodi je uticao na svežu masu biljaka,čije su vrednosti bile za oko 30% više u kontroli u odnosu na uzorak.Količina rastovorljivih proteina,takođe je bila viša u kontroli nego u uzorku.
