摘要：The Association of Serbian Banks has completed a demanding,essential and rather beneficial project. Launched last year at the initiative of the ASB Risk Management Committee,it was given the final shape and entered the final stage when adopted at the seventh session of the Board of Directors on 20 April 2015. The project we are referring to are the National Guidelines for Banks’ Actions in the Process of Clients’ Restructuring - i.e. the INSOL Principles Serbia. On that occasion it was decided for the Guidelines,with the entire accompanying documentation,to be distributed to all banks,members of the Association of Serbian Banks,with the aim of adopting the Decision on Accession and their implementation in practice. The concerned documentation has already been sent to the banks and,as we have been informed,the process of their signing and adoption is underway.
其他摘要：Uorganizaciji Udruženja banaka završen je jedan zahtevan,neophodan i koristan posao. Započet prošle godine inicijativom Odbora za upravljanje rizicima UBS,konačan oblik i poslednju fazu doživeo je usvajanjem na sedmoj sednici Upravnog odbora,20. aprila ove godine. Reč je o nacionalnim Smernicama za postupanje banaka u procesima restrukturiranja klijenata - INSOL Srbija. Tom prilikom odlučeno je da se Smernice sa pratećom dokumentacijom dostave svim bankama - članicama Udruženja banaka Srbije radi donošenja Odluke o pristupanju i njihovoj primeni u praksi. Pomenuta dokumenta već su poslata bankama,i kako saznajemo,u toku je njihovo potpisivanje,odnosno usvajanje.
