摘要：Arecently published interview with the President of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SANU),Dr Vladimir Kostić,attracted a lot of media attention. Namely,Dr Kostić shared the alarming piece of information that Serbia holds the first place in the world according to the “brain drain”. He warned that in ten years there could be a serious deficit in available human resources with university education: “Compared to the number of people with the college or university degree registered in 1971,the share of highly educated people in the migrant contingent of Serbia has increased by more than 11 times in the late 2000s.” The same warning is to be found in the reports of the World Economic Forum which,year after year,record a constant drop in the quality of human capital in Serbia,as part of the global indicators.
其他摘要：Nedavno objavljen intervju sa predsednikom SANU dr Vladimirom Kostićem izazvao je veliku medijsku pažnju. Naime,dr Kostić iznosi alarmantan podatak da je Srbija na prvom mestu u svetu po “odlivu mozgova”. Upozorava da bi za deset godina moglo da dođe do ozbiljnog deficita raspoloživih resursa sa visokim obrazovanjem: “U odnosu na broj ljudi sa višom ili visokom školom popisanih 1971. godine udeo najobrazovanijih u spoljnomigrantskom kontingentu Srbije,na kraju prve decenije 21. veka,uvećan je za više od 11 puta”. Ovo upozorenje nalazimo i u izveštajima Svetskog ekonomskog foruma u kojima se,iz godine u godinu,beleži konstantan pad kvaliteta ljudskog kapitala u Srbiji a u sklopu pokazatelja za ceo svet.
