摘要:Effects of alachlor and linuron herbicides on soil microflora abundance in soybean crop was investigated.Trials were set up in laboratory conditions and two herbicide concentrations were applied.Microorganism abundance was determined by standard microbiological methods 1,3,7,14,30 and 60 days after herbicide treatment.Alachlor and linuron showed different effects on microorganism abundance in soil,depending on rate and time of exposure.None of the applied rates caused any significant change in the abundance of soil microorganisms one day after treatment.Beginning with the third post-treatment day,alachlor and linuron acted inhibitory on total microflora,aerobic nitrogen-fixing microorganisms,aminoheterotrophs and cellulolytics,while fungi and actinomycetes were found to have been stimulated.
