摘要:Santrie Liljana,Ljiljana Radivojevic i Radmila Stankovic- Kalezic (2005): Effec1s of glyphosute on the microbiological uctivity of chernozem sol.- Acta herbologica,Vol.14,No.I,33-40,Belgrade.All types of soil include a balanced relationship of microorganisms, which correlates with the soil physico chemical and pedological characteristics.Employment of various agricultural and amelioration practices works towards disturbing that natural balance and inevitably affects their abundance and activity.Altered microbiological characteristics may result in either increased or reduced soil fertility. The intensive use of herbicides in modern agricultural production calls for studies of the effects of various chemical compounds on soil microorganisms. This work aimed to investigate the effects of glyphosale on the microbiological activity taking place in chermozem soil.Glyphosate reduced the abundance of ammonifiers and the activity of dehydrogenase.Total abundance of bacteria and of actinomycetes and fungi either increased or was at the control level, depending on the time of sampling.
