摘要:The effect of atrazine on abundance of amino-autotrophs,amino-heterotrophs,Azotobacter sp.,phosfo-mobilizers and phospho-mineralizers was examined.A trial was set up in laboratory on chernozem soil type.Atrazine was applied in concentrations 8.0,40.0 and 80.0 mg/kg soil.Sampling for analysis was done 1,7,14,21,30 and 60 days after atrazine application.The results showed that the effect of atrazine depended on rates of application,duration of activity and group of microorganisms.Atrazine had an inhibiting effect on amino-heterotrophs,Azotobacter sp.and phosfo-mobilizers.Atrazine inhibited amino-autotrophs initially,and stimulated them after the population recovered,while atrazine had stimulating effect on phospho-mineralizers.
其他摘要:U radu je praćeno delovanje herbicida atrazina na brojnost aminoautotrofa,aminoheterotrofa,Azotobacter sp.,fosfomobilizatora i fosfomineralizatora.Ogledi su postavljeni u laboratorijskim uslovima na zemljištu tipa černozem.Atrazin je primenjen u koncentracijama 8,0,40,0 i 80,0 mg/kg zemljišta.Uzorci za analize su uzimani 1,7,14,21,30 i 60 dana posle primene atrazina.Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da je delovanje atrazina zavisilo od primenjene koncentracije,dužine delovanja i grupe mikroorganizama.Atrazin je inhibitorno delovao na aminoheterotrofe,Azotobacter sp.i fosfomobilizatore.Na aminoautotrofe atrazin je prvo delovao inhibitorno,a kasnije,zbog obnavljanja populacije,stimulativno,dok je na fosfomineralizatore delovao stimulativno.
