摘要:The enry of intermational compa- nies in the lield of tourism in the domestic mar- ket cteates a huge potential for its xrcwth,greater inwclvement in the imternational tourism,flow of people and information as well as transter of new technologies.Fu thermonte,inernational compa- nis in the field of tourism develcp tourism in the country thev enter and it is therefore necssary t0 prepare the diomestic market for their entry.Cortolled and uncontolled jactors both have impact on the atactiveness of a country as a potenial market and consequenily allect is bu- siness operalions Varicous barriers 1o entry may be administrative and real (actual),thus atecting the development of market for entry and business aperations of companies interested in inemnatio- naization in the tield of tourism.The subject of this paper is 1o analyze the market entry barriers of Serbia laced bv intermaticnal companies in the ield of tourism.The main obiective of this paper is to evaiuate if the Serbiant market is altactive for entry of imlernational companies in the lield of tourism bv anahsis of its market entrv barriers.The tesuits show that the Serbian market still has 10 work 1o reduce market entry barriers,in carder 1o become more attractive for entry of imternati- cnal companies in tourism.Manifold aduanages of the global companies' entry in the market are that they are perceived as strong incentives for countrics such as Serbia to develop their market and make it more accessible to enter.
其他摘要:Ulazak medunarodnih kompani- ja iz oblasti turizma na domace triste predstav- lia veliki potencijal za rast tog trista,njegovo vece ukljucivanje 11 medunarodni turizam,veci protak liudi i infrmacia,kao i transter novih tehnologeia.Takode,medunarodna pteduzeda iz obiasti turizma ra2viajuu i sam turizam 2emlie u koiu ulaze,te ie sloga neophodno pripremili domace triste za nijihiov ulazak.Na atraktivmost zemlje kao potenciainog 1r- 2ista uticu kontroisani i nekontolisani faktori koji uticu na paslovanie u toj 2emlji.Razlicite udazne barijere,koje mogu biti administrativne i stvarne prirode,uticu na tazvijenost odrede- nog trista 2a ulazak i paslovanie preduzeda koja imtrmacionalizuju svoje paslowanje.Pred- met ovog rada ie analiza barijera za ulazak na triste Srbije sa kojima se susrecu medunarodne kompanie u oblasti turizma.Glavni cili tada ie da se amaizom ovih bariera oceni da li ie Ir- ziste Srbie privlacno za ulazak medunarodnih kompaniia u oblasti turizma.Rezuiltati istrazi- vania pokazuju da triste Srbie ios uvek mora raditi na sanjinanju ulaznih barijera,kako bi postalo pristupacnije i interesantniie 2a ulazak i poslowanje medunaodnih kompanija u oblasti turizma.Visestruke prednosti od ulaska medu- narodnih preduzeda predstvaijaju snazan motiv 2a 2emije poput Srbije da 1azviju svoje triste i ucine ga pristupacnijim.
