摘要：From the modern prospective approach,the complex social systems are characterized by a series of independent variable: people,technology,organizational structures,external environment.This paper suggests the presentation of the National System of Physical Education and Sport through the system theory viewpoint by identifying the variables and the relations between them.The research embraces the characteristics and the management at the National System of Physical Education and Sport,its structure and purpose.
