摘要：All companies act under the impact of allocation of manufacturing factors.Despite noticeable modernisation and automation of manufacturing processes,human labour still remains an indispensable manufacturing factor.At present,some industries face a low labour supply.Theoretical economics sees several possibilities of eliminating such facts.They can be modelled on the choice of a suitable company that is affected by such facts.In order to eliminate these unfavourable facts,the company has a chance to focus on a change in its strategy.This consists in changes of wage rates.
