摘要：Physical Education lesson is regarded now,by modern teaching,as a flexible form of organising the educational process specific to our field,with a high level of adaptability to real conditions.Therefore,in modern teaching,the lesson is rethought as a harmonic constuction,solid and suitable,in which pupils,teacher,contents and teaching strategies are no longer seen as distinct elements but as integrated organic parts of a didactic microsystem that provides temporality to the educational process.
