摘要：This paper presents a study concerning the involvement of coaches and physical education teachers in the professional training process,due to the necessity of improving the efficiency of the instructional-educational process.The study was carried out based on a questionnaire,within the city of Bacău,on a number of 30 teachers who have agreed to take part in it.The results underlined a greater involvement of coaches in the self-training process,as compared to the teachers’ involvement,as well as the fact that the coaches dedicated a larger period of time to the study of literature.
