摘要：Straipsnyje aptariamos ribotos įpėdinių atsakomybės už palikėjo skolas reglamentavimo Lietuvoje problemos,o būtent siekiama atsakyti į klausimus: Lietuvoje nustatytoji ribota įpėdinio atsakomybė už palikėjo skolas yra atsakomybė tik paveldėtu turtu ar paveldėto turto verte; ribota įpėdinio atsakomybė už palikėjo skolas yra solidari ar dalinė. Analizuojant šiuos klausimus pateikiamas palyginti Latvijos,Lenkijos,Estijos,Olandijos,Vokietijos,Anglijos,Ispanijos,Prancūzijos atitinkamos srities reguliavimas.
其他摘要：In this article the problems of the Lithuanian regulation of the limited liability of the successors for the debts of the bequeather are analyzed. The article aims to answer the question whether the limited liability of the successorsfor the debts of the bequeather in Lithuania is limited to the inherited property or to the value of the inherited property as well as the question whether the limited liability of the successors for the debts of the bequeather is solidary or partial. While analyzing the problems,the regulation of Latvia,Poland,Estonia,the Netherlands,Germany,England,Spain,and France are analyzed for comparison reasons.
