摘要：Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas Rusijos imperijos teisėje formuojamas pirklių socialinės ir ekonominės veiklos bei jų socialinės padėties įsivaizdavimas XIX a. pabaigoje – XX a. pradžioje. Šiuo laikotarpiu keitėsi pirklių teisinė ir socialinė padėtis,taip pat pirklių savęs vertinimo kriterijai,socialinė tapatybė. Šie pokyčiai atskleidė pirklių teisinio ir socialinio identifikavimo Rusijos imperijoje problemas.
其他摘要：This paper analyzed how socio-economic activity of merchants and how their social situation was formed by the law of the Russian Empire at the end of the 19th century – the beginning of the 20th century. During this period,merchants changed the legal and social status as well as they changed self-evolution criteria and their social identity. These changes revealed the merchants if legal and social identification in the Russian Empire.
