摘要：This article analyses some theoretical and practical issues concerning the procedure of the declaration of enforcement according to the Romanian Civil procedure Code and Law no.138/2014.Also,some considerations are made regarding the difference between this procedure and the procedure applicable to European Enforcement Orders,i.e.the certification regulated by Regulation 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
