摘要：The aim of this study is to determine the profiles of the maritime higher education institutions in Turkey,their capacities and profiles of the academicians with maritime background employed in such institutions.During the study,structured interview questions have been used.Data collected was obtained through official sources.Maritime higher education institutions providing education at the undergraduate level with fulltime employed academicians (with maritime background) have been evaluated via the data obtained using the methods of statistical analysis.*This paper was presented in Congress of IMLA 20 “International Maritime Lecturer Association” conducted in 02-05 July 2012,in Terschelling-The Netherlands.
其他摘要：Bu çalışma,Türkiye’de Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu’na bağlı lisans düzeyinde eğitim veren denizcilik eğitim kurumları,kontenjanları ve bu kurumlarda istihdam edilen deniz kökenli akademisyenlerin profillerinin tespitine yönelik bir çalışmadır.Araştırmada,yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır.Çalışmada elde edilen veriler,resmi yollardan ve resmi kaynaklar üzerinden elde edilmiştir.Elde edilen veriler,istatistiksel analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak,lisans düzeyinde eğitim veren denizcilik eğitim kurumlarında tam süreli olarak istihdam edilen akademisyenlerin profilleri ortaya konmuştur.*Bu calışma 02-05 Temmuz 2012 tarihlerinde Terschelling Hollanda’da gerçekleştirilen “International Maritime Lecturer Association” IMLA 20 Kongresi’nde bildiri olarak sunulmuştur.
