摘要：The article deals with the situation of Lithuanian computer-based digital literacy skills testing system. Conceptual architecture of the system is analyzed,the most important modules described and some places where reengineering or improvement of the system is needed are discovered. In order to enhance question delivery Item Response Theory and Computerbased test delivery methods (Computer Fixed Tests,Automated Test Assembly,Linear On-The-Fly Tests,Computerized Classifi cation Tests and Computerized Adaptive Tests) are analyzed and described. The new question generation process based on diffi culty and profession criteria is suggested.
其他摘要：Straipsnyje nagrinėjama lietuviškoji kompiuterinio raštingumo įgūdžių testavimo sistema. Pateikiamas koncepcinis sistemos struktūros modelis,aprašomi svarbiausi moduliai ir pateikiami siūlymai,kaip reikėtų patobulinti testavimo sistemą. Kad testavimo sistema tiksliau įvertintų kandidatų žinias,rekomenduojame patobulinti testų generavimą taikant adaptyvų testavimą ir užduočių atsako teoriją (Item Response Theory). Siūlomas naujas klausimų generavimo algoritmas,besiremiantis klausimo sunkumo ir profesijos kriterijais. Apžvelgiami ir galimi klausimų pateikimo metodai ir išskirtos pagrindinės jų savybės.
