摘要：Caverno-chest wall sinus without pleural spillage,a subentity of lung hernia,is a rare presentation of pulmonary tuberculosis resulting from spontaneous communication of the lung parenchymal cavity with the extraparenchymal compartment.This presentation in a completely healthy,young,asymptomatic individual for the first time is unusual.This rare presentation of tuberculosis is being highlighted in this case report.
