摘要：P rospective study of 20 patients with spinal cord injuries between a period from June 2009 to June 2012 at Tertiary care centre.The mechanism of injury,level of cord insult,surgical approach,neurological outcome and complication were evaluated.There was mean improvement of two Frankel grades after surgical stabilisation.
