摘要：A 50 year old male presented with sudden onset headache and features suggestive of right IIIrd nerve palsy.NCCT showed a subacute subdural hematoma,which was evacuated.Despite satisfactory evacuation III rd nerve palsy persisted.DSA and MRI were non contributory.
