摘要：Relieving pressure on neural structures constitutes the bulk of neurosurgical work load.We present a snapshot of 4 cases operated in Sep 2013,with varied neurological sy ndromes,surgical approaches and outcomes.The direction of future neurosurgery practice is hypothesised.
