摘要：30 yr old female presented with right sided recurrent intermittent epistaxis,foul smelling thinorrhea and nasal blockage. Nasal endoscopy revealed a well defined hard gritty blackish mass occupying the floor of the middle third of the nasal cavity. The mass being local with its limits seen well on endoscopy,it was removed endoscopically under LA. No possible nidus or aforeign body could be localized and HPE sided with it being a concreted calcified m mass consistent with a rhinolith.
