摘要：A Paancoplastic syndrome is a disease or a symptom that is a consequence of cancer,but not due to the presence of local cancer cells. Certain cancens like small cell Lung Cancer are known to present with parancoplastic sy ndromes. Common paraneoplastic manifestations are C ushing's syndrome,anemla,peripheral neuropathy & Lambert Eaton Syndrome. Gastric Carcinoma is associated with cutaneous manifestations like SisterMary Joseph Nodes & Leser Trelat Sigm,multiple seborrheic keratosis over an erythematous skin. Neurological manifestation like Postural Hypotension are a nre Parancoplastic manifestation ofGastric Carcinoma. Here we present a rare case of diffuse gastric carcinoma presenting withOrthostatic Hypotension.
