摘要：Gimooblastoma Mutiforme,a grade 4 Astrocytoma is characterised by aggressive growth and inexorable recurrence despite aggressive treatment The curment standard of care for these patients includes maximal safe resection of these tumours which is followed by Radiotherapy with concurrent and adjuvant Temozolamide chemotherpy (1). Surgical resection alone results in a median survival of 6 months. The addition ofRT prolongs survival to 12.1 months and with' Temozolamide in the protocol,the survival is prolonged to 1 4.6 months.
