摘要：Personality is the more or less stable enduring organization of a person's character,temperament,intellect,and physique,which determines his/her unique adjustment to the environment "1 Organic personality disorder is characterized by a significant alteration of the habitual patterns of premorbid behaviour due to an organic impairment or disease of the central nervous system.21 The expression of emotions,needs,and impulses is particularly afected. Cognitive functions may be defective in the areas of planning and anticipating the likely personal and social consequences.3] Illustrated below is a case of personality disorder following a Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI).
