摘要：Tracheal diverticulum is a rare entity usually detected post-mortem.It may be congenital or acquired.Clinically the patient may be asymptomatic or present with chronic cough,dyspnea,stridor,repeated tracheobronchitis.We report a case of this rare entity in an elderly women detected during evaluation of chronic cough.
