摘要：The paediatric age group presents the otolaryngologist with varied emergencies,foreign bodies in the aerodigestive tract forming the vast majority of them.Peculiar presentation with an upfront history usually make the diagnoses straightforward in all but a few cases.We describe an unusually silent case of an infant with a foreign body in the oesophagus for over 48 hrs.
