摘要：The article presents the results of the survey made in Arkhangelsk,Murmansk region and Nenets Autonomous District.The assessment of the Arctic policy at the federal level and the evaluation of the system of support of the population of the Arctic are in the focus of the article.The authors reflect on the inter-regional cooperation,the Arctic regional policies and prospects of the region.
