摘要：Fast economic development and growing social demand are reflected on sport activities.It is expected that sport activities offer the possibility of upgrading everyone’s self potential.Under those circumstances,the roll of material preconditions has the main roll for physical capability development of any individual,and also of the society as well.The projects of Ministry of youth and sport have been the subject of research in this paper.They are referring on investments in sport arenas and other sport facilities.About 1.195.000.000 dinars from National Investment Plan had been used for this type of projects in 2007.In other words,this amount represent 37,81% of total investments which are planed for sport facilities (the amount is 3.160.796.400,00 dinars).The biggest part of this amount (61,25%) has been invested in sport terrains.
