摘要：The paper aims to present the assessment center method as an instrument used for evaluation in the career counseling process.The procedure,the advantages and limits of the method are presented.The paper also includes some best practices concluded after using the assessment center method in evaluation in the Center for Career and Psychological Counseling at Titu Maiorescu University.
