标题：İŞLETMELERDE STRATEJİK TEKNOLOJİ YÖNETİMİ VE SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR REKABET ÜSTÜNLÜĞÜ İLİŞKİSİNİN BELİRLENMESİ VE OTOMOTİV YAN SANAYİ İŞLETMELERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA
摘要：Stratejik Yönetim literatüründe,üstün değerlerin oluşturulması ve üstün performansın açıklanmasında kullanılan iki temel yaklaşım öne çıkmaktadır.Bunlar Endüstriyel Temelli Görüş ve Kaynak Temelli Teoridir.Bu teorilerle ilgili literatür incelendiğinde,işletme stratejilerinin ne olması gerektiğinin yanı sıra,işletme stratejilerinin uygulanabilirliğinde ve başarısında,teknolojinin potansiyel bir güç olduğu işaret edilmektedir.Bu bağlamda bu çalışmanın amacı;teknoloji belirleme,seçme,edinme,kullanma,koruma ve sonlandırma süreçlerinin,işletme stratejik yönetim çalışmalarıyla entegre olarak sürekli geliştirilmesinin,genel işletme performansı üzerinde (SRÜ) etkisi olup olmadığını tespit etmektir.
其他摘要：Two basic approaches used in explanation of superior performance and in formation of superior values in strategic management literature come into prominence.These are Industry Based Approach and Resource-Based Theory.When the related literature about these theories examined,it is indicated that technology is a potential power in succession and applicability of company strategies as well as what the company strategies should be.In this context,the aim of this study is to resolve whether the processes of technology specification,selection,acquirement,usage and conclusion constant development integrated with the strategic analyse actions of company have an effect on general company performance (SCA).
