摘要：Price unstabilities conduce important problems and creates several costs.Inflation uncertainity affects the decisions of individuals in financial and real sector.Thus,obtaining accurate inflation forecasts and creating proper expectations is crucial.The aim of this study is forecasting the Consumer Prices Index in Turkey for 2010-2012 period by practising upon the data for 2003-2011 period and determining the best model type.This study contains a conceptual framework about inflation,a literature survey on inflation forecasting and information about the econometric method adopted in this study.The last section is the conclusion part that mentions about the forecast results and the general considerations.
其他摘要：Fiyat istikrarsızlıkları önemli sorunlara ve birçok maliyete yol açmaktadır.Enflasyondaki belirsizlik finansal kesimde ve reel kesimde ekonomik birimlerin kararlarını etkilemektedir.Bu nedenle,doğru enflasyon tahminlerinin elde edilmesi ve beklentilerin oluşturulması önem taşımaktadır.Bu çalışma ile Türkiye için 2010-2012 dönemi için Tüketici Fiyat Endeksi (TÜFE) serisinin tahmininin yapılması ve en başarılı sonucu veren model tipinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Bunun için,2003-2011 döneminin baz alındığı TÜFE serisinden yararlanılmıştır.Çalışmada enflasyon ve ilişkili kavramsal çerçeve,enflasyon tahminlemesine ilişkin literatür özeti ve araştırmada yararlanılan ekonometrik yöntemlere ilişkin bilgilerin yer aldığı bölümler bulunmaktadır.Son olarak,tahmin sonuçları ve genel değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir.
