摘要:The University of Ploieşti and the Delft University of Technology from the Netherlands have initiated a master program for teacher education in the knowledge-based society. The program values cognitive research that has been reviewed, adapted and developed in the two universities. As a result the program is based on a modern,multiple-option curriculum that aims at developing teaching competences within the framework of a three-folded domain-structure: core courses, special didactics and functional culture. These intertwined categories offer an operational basis for structuring procedural and contextual knowledge within the various curricular strands corresponding to the teachers’qualifications. The program is implemented via interactive methodology and it promotes a reasearch-learning partnership among teacher educators, students and teachers in the application schools. The interaction among these groups is facilitated by the eLearning platform which allows the implementation of a blended learning approach.
