摘要:New media can support teachers to improve their own professional development,their communication with their students,as well as the quality of their teaching performance.In this respect,Masterprof – which is the online code of the new educational master program started at UPG – has initiated virtual learning communities where students,teachers,prospective teachers,and Romanian and foreign experts connect in research partnerships aimed at exploring teaching.In the same time,the master program makes use of blended learning as a methodological tool to enhance deep understanding of an academic domain,its subsequent school subject,their specific didactics,the metacognitive competence,and its transfer into genuine school contexts.
