摘要:This paper intends to figure out the impact of the self-efficacy and locus of control of the teachers on the results of the in-service teachers training.The goal of the study is to identify if there is any correlation between the locus of control and results of the exams in the teachers` professional development and also to get a picture about the relationship between general self-efficacy and teacher self –efficacy in terms of didactical experience.The sample comprises 192 teachers both from urban and rural areas,having different didactic experience in terms of professional training and number of career years.The instruments used in investigation are three questionnaires for evaluation the general self-efficacy,the teacher self-efficacy and the locus of control.The results show that there is a strong correlation between general self-efficacy and teachers'selfefficacy,and also between the internal locus of control and the good results obtained at the teachers` professional exams.
