摘要:The paper intends to point out the peculiarity of the pedagogical competence development of the primary and pre-school teachers within the pre-service and in- service training.The study presents some results of a survey applied at the teachers'level in order to identify the main concerning issues regarding the pedagogical professional training,to survey the perceptions regarding the in-service training institutions,to compare the perceptions about the amount of knowledge gained through the initial and in-service training.The results show a high interest for the psycho pedagogical field.
