  • 摘要:The needs of human capital for the Islamic finance industry continues to increase along with the growth of the Islamic finance industry. The appearances of Department Economics and Islamic Finance have sprung due to meet the needs of the human capital, but a lot of graduates of the Department Economics and Islamic Finance did not accepted in the Islamic finance industries. This study was conducted to determine the absorption of graduates of the Department Economics and Islamic Finance, and the perception of the management of the Department Economics and Islamic Finance, and perception of Islamic finance practitioners of human capital with the approach of Alignment Index (AI) and exploratory. Human capital in the Islamic financial industry to apply the philosophy of ih}sân at work. Philosophy of ihsan make human capital in Islamic finance industry becomes a subject not an object in the company’s operations so that a positive impact on the work environment that can increase the performance of the company or the Islamic finance industry. The results showed absorption graduates of the Department Economics and Islamic finance to Islamic finance industry in Sumatra below 40%. There is a difference in perception between the Islamic financial industry practitioners with management of the Department Economics and Islamic Finance about human capital. Practitioners of Islamic finance industry has a perception that human capital of Islamic financial institutions must have high competence, good soft skills and hard skills. The Department of Economics and Islamic Finance have the perception regarding human capital focus to understand the hard skills.
  • 其他摘要:Kebutuhan Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) pada industri keuangan syariah terus mengalami peningkatkan seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri keuangan syariah. Program Studi Ekonomi dan Keuangan Islam bermunculan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Sumber Daya Insani tersebut, namun lulusan program studi tersebut banyak yang tidak diterima di industri keuangan syariah.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui daya serap lulusan prodi ekonomi dan keuangan Islam, dan persepsi pengelola prodi ekonomi dan keuangan Islam serta praktisi ekonomi keuangan Islam tentang SDI dengan pendekatan Alignment Index (AI)dan eksploratory. Sumber daya insani pada industri keuangan syariah menerapkanfilosofi ih}sân di tempat kerja. Filosofi ih}sân membuat SDI industri keuangansyariah menjadi subjek bukan objek dalam operasional perusahaan, sehinggamemberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan kerja yang dapat meningkatkankinerja perusahaan atau industri keuangan syariah. Hasil penelitianmemperlihatkan daya serap industri keuangan syariah terhadap lulusan prodiekonomi dan keuangan Islam di Sumatera di bawah 40%. Selain itu adaperbedaan persepsi antara praktisi industri keuangan syariah dengan pengelolaprodi ekonomi dan keuangan Islam mengenai SDI. Praktisi industri keuangansyariah memiliki persepsi bahwa SDI lembaga keuangan syariah harus memilikikompetensi yang tinggi, baik soft skill maupun hard skill. Sementara pengelolaprodi ekonomi dan keuangan Islam memiliki persepsi mengenai SDI sebatasmemahami hard skill, seperti: konsep-konsep ekonomi Islam maupun keuanganIslam yang tinggi, sehingga pengelola prodi harus memasukkan esensi soft skill pada desain kurikulum.
