摘要:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui role-playing untuk membina self-efficacy siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Budhi Warman II Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukan angka probabilitas Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) self-efficacy siswa sebesar 0,000 atau probabilitas di bawah alpha 0, 05 (0,000 < 0, 05) dari hasil tersebut H0 diterima H1 ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui role-play efektif untuk membina self-efficacy siswa di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Budhi Warman II Jakarta Timur.
其他摘要:The purpose of this research is to described the effectiveness of group guidance services used role play to foster self-efficacy of students in vocational school (SMK) Budhi Warman II East Jakarta. This research uses experimental Quasi-experimental design. Hypothesis this study shows the probability number of Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) student self-efficacy of 0.000 or probability under alpha 0,05 (0,000 <0, 05) of a result H0 accepted H1 rejected. The results showed that the group guidance services through role play are effective to foster self-efficacy of students in Vocational High School (SMK) Budhi Warman II East Jakarta.
