摘要：Pengaruh Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam pengaruh implementasi ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kuisioner disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan (pegawai tetap maupun kontrak) pada UPTP Balai Latihan Transmigrasi Denpasar yang berjumlah total 43 orang dan digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ISO 9001:2008 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
其他摘要：The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction in Relation to The Implementation Of ISO 9001: 2008 with The Performance of Employees. This study was aimed to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction in relation to the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 with the performance of employees. Questionnaire were distributed to 43 employees (permanent and contract employees) at the Training Center of Transmigration Denpasar UPTP. The analysis technique used in testing the model was the technique of path analysis with the employee’s performance as the dependent variable. the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 as an independent variable, and employee satisfaction as a mediation variable. The results obtained from this study indicated that the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 had positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, and job satisfaction had significant positive effect on employee performance.
