摘要：Analisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) Pada Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) pada Pemerintah Provinsi Bali dengan menggunakan analisis SEM Partial Least Square PLS 3.0. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 96 responden yang diambil dari 32 OPD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIPKD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Bali adalah efektif. Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas SDM secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIPKD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pengguna berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap manfaat bagi organisasi. Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manfaat bagi organisasi melalui kepuasan pengguna.
其他摘要：Analysis Of The Application Of Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD) In The Bali Province Government. This research aimed to analyze the Effectiveness of The Local Government Financial Management Information System in The Provincial Government of Bali by using Smart Partial Least Square PLS 3.0 analysis technique. Data in this study were collected by using questionnaire. Sample used in this study were 96 respondents which were taken from 32 OPD in The Provincial Government of Bali. The Results showed that the Effectiveness of The Local Government Financial Management Information System in The Provincial Government of Bali is effective. Meanwhile System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, and Human Resource Quality directly have significant and positive effects toward user satisfaction of Local Government Financial Management Information System (SIKD) in The Provincial Government of Bali. On the other hand, System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, and User Satisfaction directly have significant and positive effects toward the benefits of organization. Moreover, System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality indirectly have significant and positive effects toward the benefits of organization through User Satisfaction.
